Nietzsche said that in order for a philosopher to deserve our respect, they must preach by example. I disagree with this completely for many reasons. Everyone gets dealt a different hand to play. If someone's mental health is questioned or publicized in any considerable way and that person commits a negative action in relation to it, the entities who publicized that mental health receive charges. Even if not publicized, if mentions of someone's mental health bring negative consequences to that person, even privately, defamation charges. I'm working on better words for this and it falls under tort law but essentially, never talk about someone's mental health in any kin
