A Lawful Idea

If someone's mental health is questioned or publicized in any considerable way and that person commits a negative action in relation to it, the entities who publicized that mental health receive charges.
Even if not publicized, if mentions of someone's mental health bring negative consequences to that person, even privately, defamation charges.
I'm working on better words for this and it falls under tort law but essentially, never talk about someone's mental health in any kind of public way at all whatsoever. Instant defamation charges regardless of the circumstances. Even if there is truth for concern, the potential negatives created from publicizing it far outweigh any potential productivity.
Completely sane people don't exist. You can accuse anyone of mental health issues and be correct. So basically, no matter what, any mention of someone's mental health in any kind of considerable, public or private manner is instant defamation.
