Consequentialism

If the consequences for a perceived wrongdoing are worse than what fits the situation, the perceived wrongdoer has rights to deliver consequences in return at much greater intensity than the consequences they received as they essentially received consequences for no reason at all.
This is why it is important to initially talk about things and understand the actual truth of circumstances rather than just move on. If we move on and someone gets left with consequences they don't deserve, they have rights to deliver consequences of greater intensity in return. There exists no right for retaliatory consequences for those consequences unless they are utterly grotesque. It is a chain reaction that gets halted with truth and communication. Communication must occur before any consequences are received.
This sequence of consequentialism is an example of the importance of justice and the justice system. It is unfortunate that the justice system is often highly unreliable, corrupt and unjust.
