Hypothetical situation.
Regarding slander. In cases of he said she said, the question of someone's character is irrelevant because of the slander that occurred. Slander is defamation of someone's character rendering any continued evaluations of that person completely and totally null and void.
The preconceived notions created because of the slander will also inevitably impact the behavior of that person directly, further distorting any evaluation of that character.
This why in the workplace, performance evaluations are the only thing that can be used to legally evaluate someone's performance.
Someone's true character is irrelevant the moment slander occurs as it is impossible to know what it is.
Total hypothetical.
I'm no lawyer but this is accurate.
If only 5% of what is said is true, it is still 100% bullshit.
