Our Most Ideal Anxiety, Is the Most Likely

First off, how truthful is the above statement? It's one of the more enjoyable thought experiments I've came up with.
This statement flows in well with my philosophy of "see the good in the bad and the bad in the good, everything is a spectrum". The potential actual truth of the titled statement above is impossible to know for sure. Is this a good way to think about things?
Essentially, it is saying that the best case scenario for the potentially bad things we see occurring, is most likely what will occur.
